Although our support pages are intended to provide useful information and links for our clients, we don't restrict access so that they can be useful to other Web users - who may even be potential clients ;-)

We have produced a series of Guides to help newcomers to the Internet or the World Wide Web to understand what they may be able to achieve and how to go about it. Obviously we would like to attract you to use our services, but we also recognise that many small businesses have been put off by large design houses with high rates and a supercilious attitude to small clients. We don't share that attitude and we intend to help small businesses even if they decide not to use our services. That's why our guides include DIY advice!

We are producing a series of Briefing Notes that will explain the background to some of the more complex issues today, such as security, encryption, PKI. These are intended to be understood by businesspeople who need to appreciate the issues in order to make informed decisions, but are not sure that they are getting a sufficiently clear and unbiased viewpoint from ther suppliers, or even in-house techies!

Our Tools pages will provide links to useful sites around the web where there are valuable tools available (ideally for free). These will range from such things as RIPE database query tools, to search engine submission, marketing resources and minder services.
